Terms of Use

This document sets out the conditions that apply when you use the Efsun (Esrar-ı Osmani) mobile application (the "App") and its associated website. By downloading and using the App you are deemed to accept these terms.

1. General Description

Efsun (Esrar-ı Osmani) is an entertainment and spiritual exploration app that generates personalised interpretations based on the Ottoman havas tradition and classical occult sources. The App is AI-powered; generated readings do not constitute scientific evidence and are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

2. Age Restriction

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Users under 18 are expected to use the App with parental / legal-guardian consent.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your account.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
You must not share an account with multiple people.
Registering with fake accounts, fake emails or spoofed device fingerprints is prohibited — accounts found doing so will be closed.

4. Akçe (Credit) System

"Akçe" is an in-app virtual unit; it is not real currency, is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Credits awarded as gifts (onboarding, streak, comeback etc.) are entirely at the developer's discretion and may be changed without prior notice.
Purchased credits are bound to your account; they are not restored if the account is deleted.

5. Purchases and Refunds

All purchases are made via Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Refund requests are subject to the relevant store's refund policy (Google Play: 48 hours; Apple: 14 days — varies by country/case).
The developer cannot issue direct refunds; only the store can.
Premium subscriptions auto-renew; cancel from your store settings.

6. Important Disclaimer Regarding AI Outputs

All readings in the App are entertainment-oriented interpretations generated by AI:

They do not predict the future with certainty.
They do not provide health information, diagnoses or treatment advice. Consult a physician for medical issues.
For legal, financial or investment decisions consult a qualified professional.
You should not base critical life decisions solely on the readings.
For urgent psychological support in Türkiye call 112 or 183; elsewhere call your local emergency line.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not, while using the App:

Generate content involving harassment, threats, humiliation or hate speech
Submit queries related to illegal content (drugs, weapons, child abuse, etc.)
Attempt to jailbreak the AI, prompt-inject, or impersonate another persona
Access, impersonate, or maliciously report other users' accounts
Abuse the APIs with automated tools, bots or scraping
Attempt reverse-engineering, decompilation, or source-code extraction
Use forged premium codes, stolen credit cards, or commit fraud

In case of violation your account may be closed without warning, your purchases will not be refunded and legal action may be taken where required.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, source code, prompts and content of the App belong to Anka Software.
You may save and share reading outputs for personal use, including on social media.
Using them commercially (as a source for another app or service) is prohibited.
Classical Islamic texts (Esma-i Hüsna, prayers etc.) in the App must be treated with respect and not used for harmful purposes.

9. Service Changes and Termination

The developer may add, change or remove features at any time.
Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or technical issues.
Accounts may be suspended or deleted without notice on terms violation.
You may delete your account at any time using the "Delete my account" function inside the App.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

The App is provided "as is". The developer does not warrant:

Accuracy or certainty of the readings or that they will come to pass
Uninterrupted service or absence of bugs
Compatibility with every device or OS version

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

11. Claude.ai MCP Connector

If you use the Efsun MCP Connector inside Anthropic Claude.ai, the same terms above apply. The connector shares the same Efsun account and credit balance as the mobile app. See the Connector documentation for technical details.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Republic of Türkiye law. Any disputes are subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul.
